Input system error states "Settings" when it should be "Project Settings".
Input System - Error message. When the input system is not set up correctly the error points to **Edit > Settings > Input** it should be **Edit > PROJECT SETTINGS > Input**
Steps to reproduce
- Open the attached project in 2018.3.0f1
- Open the scene "Cinemachine - 2D Camera"
- Press play.
Notice issue >> Error in console
ArgumentException: Input Button Crouch is not set up. To change the input settings use: Edit -> Settings -> Input
Tested: Unity 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0f1, 2019.1.0a10
