Input System doesn't detect user input when 2nd user joins
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "TestInputSystem.zip" project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press Enter to connect to Player 1
4. Press A on the Console Controller to connect Player 2
5. Use the joystick to move Player 2
6. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move Player 1
Expected result: Both Player 1 and Player 2 can move
Actual result: Once Player 2 is connected, Player 1 can no longer move
Reproducible with: 1.1.1, 1.3.0 (2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.2 (2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Note:
- Tested with XboxOne Controller
- Reproducible regardless if Player 1 connects with the keyboard or controller
