" Input object is not part of a Prefab instance" error message appears while reverting added component from prefab variant asset
Steps:
1. Add Cube to the Hierarchy
2. Drag it to Project Browser to make a prefab
3. Drag it to Project Browser and choose "Prefab variant" in confirmation dialog
4. Select Variant asset and add Audio Source component via Inspector
5. Use component's context menu to revert added component
