Input from touchscreen 1 is triggered when the finger on touchscreen 1 is held and swiping on touchscreen 2
How to reproduce:
1. Connect 2 or more touchscreen monitors
2. Open the attached project “IN-108611“
3. Build and Run the project
4. Hold one finger on one of the touchscreens
5. Observe the screen with the console text
6. Swipe with another finger on the 2nd touchscreen without releasing the 1st finger
7. Observe the screen with the console text
Expected result: The text “TimeoutManager2: Timeout timer reset manually.“ appears on the screen
Actual result: The text “TimeoutManager1: Timeout timer reset manually.“ appears on the screen
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Enterprise, {color:#d1d2d3}Ubuntu 22.04{color}
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
