Input field does not have a white input cursor on WP8
A uGUI input field on Windows Phone 8 does not have a white cursor that shows where the text will be entered.
To reproduce:
1. Create a new input field
2. Save the scene
3. Build for Windows Phone 8 with the scene included
4. Press the input field and enter some text - notice that no white marker appears where the text is being entered (the cursor does appear on the editor)
