Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project
2. Open Assets\Scenes\SampleScene Scene
3. Press Play
4. Try to Touch the screen
Expected result: 1 gets Logged
Actual result: 0 gets Logged
Reproducible with: 2021.1.9f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a7, 2021.2.0b1, 2022.1.0a1
