Input.GetKey(Keycode.LeftAlt) doesn't return true when left alt is pressed in editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Create an empty gameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Attach "LeftAltBehavior" script to it
4. Enter play mode
5. Press left alt (alternatively press right alt)
- Input.GetKey(Keycode.LeftAlt) returns false when pressed
Regression introduced in 5.5.0a1
Reproduced with: 5.5.0a1, 5.5.0b4
Not reproducible with: 5.3.6f1, 5.4.1f1
Doesn't reproduce in standalones.

While tangentially related, we've received reports from our level designer that left alt isn't working sporadically for a MenuItem too.
