Infinite loop when using UnsafeHashSet.Add
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "EcsPlayground.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: The Editor doesn't hang
Actual results: The Editor hangs
Reproducible with: 1.2.4 (2022.3.53), 1.3.5 (2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.28f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 23H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
