Incorrect touch phases when rapidly using multiple touches with low fps
To reproduce:
1. Open project TouchListPhases
2. Build and run on iOS5 (reproduced with iPhone4s 5.1.1 and iPhone 5 6.1.4)
3. Change fps to 5
4. Press rapidly in same places with 5 fingers
5. Error: Incorrect touch phase
