Incorrect preview when picking color with the pipette
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and "Waiting Room" scene
2. Select the "Button" game object in the hierarchy
3. Select "Color" under the "Image" component
4. Select the pipette icon from the color window
5. Observe the zoomed-in preview of the mouse
Expected result: The preview shows the zoomed-in view of where the mouse is
Actual result: The preview shows only the top bar zoomed-in view
Reproducible with: 2019.4.19f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a12, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2018.4.31f1 (compiler errors)
Note: Reproducible ~1/10 times
