Inconsistent result (Build/Editor) when creating ConfigurableJoint and setting autoConfigureConnectedAnchor to false using code
How to reproduce:
1. Open QA-supplied project
2. Load scene "Example"
3. Enter Play mode and observe Game view
4. Build & Run
5. Observe and compare to what was observed in the Play mode
Expected result: Both in Play mode and the Build result should be consistent (Cubes move up a little bit and stop)
Actual result: The cube on the right is moving around randomly very fast in the Build, but acts as expected in the Play mode
Reproducible with: 5.5.4p4, 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
Note: If ConfigurableJoint is configured through Inspector window results are consistent.
