Inconsistent physics ejection when enabling penetrated objects connected with joints
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and open "TestScene"
2. Go into Play Mode
3. Select both "Cube A" and Cube B" in Hierarchy Window
4. Disable these GameObject and Enable
Expected result: After re-enabling both objects, both should appear in the same position without any ejections.
Actual result: After re-enabling both objects, both appear, but "CubeB" is ejected in a powerful manner out of "CubeA". Note that the joint is on "CubeA" suggests that "CubeB" is still connected.
Reproduced with: 5.5.4p3, 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.0p5, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.3.0a5
