Inconsistent OnEnable ordering between parent and child
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene
3. Play the scene
-- Notice that Cube is loged out before Sphere
4. In the hierarchy select Cube
5. Deactivate and activate it
-- Notice that now Sphere is loged out before Cube
