Inconsistent MonoDevelop behavior
1. Create a project and a script in it
2. Double click on the script
3. Not every time: [MonoDevelop opens every opened solution twice or opens old solution instead of the new one]
4. Close all solutions, quit MonoDevelop
5. Double click on the script again
5. Sometimes after the #4 step it works correctly, sometimes it still opens wrong solution (it may also open .sln file of the current solution as a text file)
