Inconsistency is detected in the AssetDatabase when opening a Project
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (AtmaProject.zip)
Expected result: The Project opens up without an issue
Actual result: Unity detects an inconsistency in the AssetDatabase
Reproducible with: 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.3.0a11
Note: Only reproduces with Windows 10
