Inconsistencies for input values in LightmapParameters
Some of the values for LightmapParameters have just input fields, others have sliders as well, some of the ones that have sliders are very hard to set using the sliders (due to value range granularity). These really need to be cleaned up and made consistent to make working with the lightmap parameters really feel good and natural.

Resolution Note:
Lightmap parameters UI will need to be refactored now that Enlighten is being phased out.
