Inactive uGUI elements are rendered in Windows Phone 8 Emulator
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new or open any project
2. Add Canvas and several uGUI elements
3. Disable the Canvas, but not elements
4. Build to a folder and deploy to a Windows Phone 8 emulator. Disabled uGUI elements will be visible.
This is not reproducible on physical device.
