In the service windows Can't move a project from org to another org when ADS is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Unity
2. Create a new project
3. Click on Service window
4. Click on Ads
5. Enabled Ads
6. Go back to Service window root
7. Select Settings in the Hamburger menu
8. Click on Changes under organisation
Reproduced with: all Unity versions
Workaround:
Move a project organisation vie Dashboard or unlink a project vie Service tab
Actual results:
Alert telling you Project currently locked because Ads is enabled and does not allow this action. This feature is unavailable.
Expected results:
We just removed this restriction on the Backend side. The action of moving project from org to another when ADS is enabled should be allowed.
