In Animator window left mouse button is not registered when clicking outside of the default view
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1215103-Animator.zip")
2. In the Animator window try to select "Unselectable" state node
Expected result: State node is selected
Actual result: State node is not selected
Reproducible in: 2020.1.0a20, 2020.1.0a21
Not reproducible in: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.20f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a19
