[Backend][Improved Prefabs] Reference to prefab asset is lost during importing the package
Build regression (issue was fixed before)
Steps:
1. Import attached "FirstItemIssue" unitypackage
2. Open "ForTest" scene
3. Select "pickupManager" prefab instance in hierarchy
4. Expand "Pickups" array under "PickupSpawner" script
==> Reference to first item is lost
