[Improved Prefabs] Added components cannot be reordered on prefab instance
Steps:
1. Create and instantiate any prefab asset
2. Add two components to it
==> Both components are added with '+' sign
3. Select a gear in the right top corner of the last component
4. Select 'Move Up'
==> Prefab restructure information dialog appears
Expected: Should be possible to reorder added components (they are not a part of prefab asset yet)
Note: Reordering of added GameObjects are possible.
