Override indicator (blue line) appears misaligned on Sprite Mask
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Hierarchy > right-click > 2D >Sprite Mask
3) Drag and drop Sprite Mask into the Project
4) Check on Hierarchy > Sprite mask > Inspector > Sprite Mask > Custom Range
5) Change the values of Order in layer for Front and Back
Actual result: Observe that override indicator (blue line) appears misaligned on Order in Layer
Expected result: Override indicator (blue line) appears aligned in a single line on the left.

2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.0a1
Working Fine on:
2019.2.0b8
