Impossible to change XR manager's loader after losing previous loader's reference when updating unity version
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open players settings and navigate to "XR Plugin Manager"
3. Try adding a different loader to any of the platforms
Actual result: + button is not responsive
Expected result: it is possible to add
Reproducible with: 2019.2.7f1, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.0a5
could not test with: 2018.4 or lower (no LuminOS support)
Note: I created such project after updating it from 2019.2 to 2019.3 resetting packages(because of package errors) and readding XR manager package
