Impossible to change Scale values when GameObject is disabled and enabled again in the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "test" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Hierarchy window expand "Female" GameObject and select "Root_M" GameObject
5. Go to the Inspector window change Scale X value
6. Go to the Hierarchy window disable and enable "Female" then select "Root_M" and try to change Scale X value in the Inspector window
Expected: Scale values are changable
Actual: Impossible to change Scale values
Reproduced on: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a11
