Importing the Particle System prefab, Emission settings are not imported
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the new project;
2. Import the attached prefab;
3. Set some settings in Particle System -> Emission;
4. Save the prefab to the computer;
5. Import the saved prefab;
6. Check Particle System -> Emission settings;
Actual result: the Emission settings are not imported.
Expected result: the Emission settings should be imported.
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.0b1
