[Importing] The material search doesn't select substances although they have name that's being searched for
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "837367.zip"
2. Make sure that there's no "Materials" folder
3. Select "SubstanceBugMesh" FBX and unmark and mark "Import Materials" checkbox
4. Make sure that Material Naming option is set to "From Model's Name" and Material Search is "Project-Wide"
5. Click "Apply"
6. Notice that new folder "Materials" is created along with material "TestSubstanceMat" although there's substance material named "TestSubstanceMat" in the project
