Importing some assets store packages fails while editor is trying to import .meta file
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open asset store and try to import Viking Village package
Actual result: Package import fails and no files are added to project
Reproduced with: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a5
Not reproducible: 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0b3
