Importing Package which contains invalid scene name causes Windows Editor to crash
1. Use MacOS editor to create scene named with invalid name for windows, for example "<.scene"
2. Export this scene as a Unity package
3. On Windows, open or create any project
4. Import exported package which contains scene with invalid name
5. Error will be shown with an option to cancel the operation
6. Cancel the operation - Editor will crash without bug reporter showing up
