[IMGUIContainer] ExecuteCommand will not work with GUILayout.Window if there is an overlay
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted Project
2. Go to Window -> Test -> FieldContextMenu
3. Select the "Test2" text
4. Rightclick -> Cut
Expected result: The "Test2" text is cut
Actual result: The "Test2" text remains in the text field and there's nothing in the clipboard
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0b5, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.1.0b1
Not reproducible in: 2018.1.0a7, 2018.1.0a2
Couldn't test in: 2018.1.0a1, 2017.4.4f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.1.4f1
