Width values are going out of the box on decreasing in Trail Renderer Component
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Select Hierarchy > right-click > Create Empty
3. Select Empty Game object > Inspector > Add Components > Effects > Trail Renderer
4. Decrease the Width Value of Trail Renderer to 0.0010
Expected Result: Decreased values should be inside the box
Actual Result: Values are not fit inside the box
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.1.10f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
