Button text is clipping and properties are going out of pannel under Scoped Registries of Package Manager while decreasing the size of the Project Setting window. UI is broken even if the horizontal scroll bar is adjusted.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Package Manager
3. Resize the Project Settings Window

Actual Result:
Scoped Registries properties are overlapped and clipped.

Expected Result:
Scoped Registries properties should not overlap and clip while resizing the Project Settings window

Occurring on:
2021.1.0a9, 2021.1.0a8.

Working Fine on:
2021.1.0a7, 2020.2.0f1, 2019.4.16f1

macOS 10.15 only
