[IMGUI] Split APKs text gets clipped in Other Settings for Android. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Project Settings > Player
3) Other Settings > Scroll down to "Split Apks by target Architecture"
Actual result: Split APKs text gets clipped in Other Settings
Expected result: Split APKs text should not get clipped
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.14f1
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
