[IMGUI] Property dropdown of "Gizmos" doesn't expand until the mouse cursor is moved under Physics 2D in the Project Settings
Gizmos Property dropdown under the Physics 2D in Project Settings window doesn't expand until the mouse cursor is moved, refer to the attached video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Edit > Project Setting > Click
3. Project Setting Window > Physics 2D > Gizmos > Click
Actual Result:
Gizmos Property doesn't expand until the mouse cursor is moved
Expected Result:
Gizmos Property expand irrespective of the mouse cursor
Occurring on:
2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b2, 2019.3.6f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2018.3.0a4
Working Fine on:
2018.3.0a3
Environment:
Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
