[IMGUI] Profiler window flickers while changing its size with OpenGLES2 Graphics APIs
Profiler window flickers while changing its size with OpenGLES2 Graphics APIs.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Change Graphics APIs to OpenGLES2.
3. Windows > Analysis > Profiler > Enter in Play mode.
4. Drag the edges of profiler window to resize.
Actual Result:
Profiler window flickers while changing its size.
Expected Result:
Profiler window should not be flickered.

2020.1.0a12, 2019.3.0b10, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2018.3.0f1, 2017.1.5f1.
Environment:
Only on Windows.
