Multiple instances of property window can be opened from Assets > Properties
Multiple instances of property window can be opened from Assets > Properties. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager > Select any package
3) Assets > Properties
4) Repeat step 3
Actual result: New window is opened everytime user selects Assets > Properties
Expected result: The older window opened should be highlighted if the user clicks ASsets > Properties again
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a22, 2020.1.0a19
Note: Property window is introduced in Unity version 2020.1.0a19
Environment:
Windows 10 & macOS 10.14

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
This seems the right behavior, it does the same thing than other assets.
