[IMGUI] "Auto Sync Transforms" Property tooltip missing under "Physics" in the "Project Setting" window
Tooltip is missing for "Auto Sync Transforms" Property under "Physics" in the "Project Setting" window, Refer attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Select
3. Project Settings Window > Physics
4. Hover mouse on "Auto Sync Transforms" Property
Actual Result:
Tooltip is missing for "Auto Sync Transforms" Property under "Physics" in the "Project Setting" window
Expected Result:
Tooltip appears when the mouse has hovered on the Property
