ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown when resizing the text border
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Unity project.
2. Resize text border to a smaller size than the text.
Expected result: The text disappears, no errors are thrown.
Actual result: The text is still visible, ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown

Not reproducible with - 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.0b9
