[ImageFx] Deferred + Multi camera + HDR (e.g. weapon cam) makes GlobalFog and other effects not work

Multi-camera setups involving deferred shading/lighting and HDR cameras cause image effects on the 1st camera to not be visible.

To reproduce this issue:

- import package 'case_652932_fogBug'
- Open the scene FogRepro
- check scene view or game camera: there is no fog present.
- disable the WeaponCam(Main Camera->WeaponCam) object or change rendering path to Deferred
- fog now works
