SSR Reduce Banding creates a banding effect on reflections
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "FunctionMain"
2) Enter play mode
3) Whilst in play mode, enable Reduce Banding and observe effect on side of dark cube's reflection in reflective cube in background
