[ImageEffects] SSR Max Distance calculation appears to be incorrect
SSR Max Distance value appears to be incorrect. 3rd Cube away from the camera is ~21 world units from camera. SSR max distance is set to 6. Third cubes reflection should not be visible.
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "FunctionMain"
2) Observe reflections from objects further from camera than "Max Distance" value
