[ImageEffects] SMAA temporal type "SMAA_2x" causes a second Y-flipped overlayed render
SMAA using temporal type SMAA_2x causes a second Y-flipped render of the scene to be overlayed.
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "SMAATest_Manor"
2) Enter play mode
3) Observe issue
