[ImageEffects] SMAA temporal causes shadowmap flickering/artifacting
Any temporal setting on SMAA causes flickering and artifacting in the shadowmap.
Repro steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "SMAATest_Manor"
2) Enter play mode
3) Observe shadows flicker/artifacting
