[ImageEffects] Selecting DX11 for "Defocus Type" in the Depth Of Field script results in a null reference error
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the scene
2. Scene contains some GO, a camera with Depth of Field script from Sample Assets
3. Select Main Camera and locate DOF script then change Defocus Type from Disc Blur to DX11.
4. Errors are shown:
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
