Image will appear flipped when using the Bilinear resize algorithm
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "BilinearFlip.zip"
2. Open SampleScene
3. Select the Image in the Project View
4. Set the Resize Algorithm to Bilinear
5. Click apply
Expected result: The Image does not change
Actual result: The Image flips horizontally
Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a19
Note:
1. If you change the aspect ratio of the image in an image editing program the issue is no longer reproducible
