Image preview Properties in the Import Settings are poorly visible when the Image is white or transparent
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Repro1181766.zip" Project
2. Click on "320bg.png" File in the Project View
3. Resize the Image Preview window so that the Image is touching the bottom
Expected Behaviour: The Image properties are outlined or made darker, therefore visible on every background
Actual Behaviour: The Image properties are not clearly visible
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2020:1.0a3
Note: This only happens on the personal version of Unity, not in the Pro version. The issue is not reproducible on 2019.3.0a2 versions and earlier as the new UI was introduced in 2019.3.0a3.
