[HLSLcc] Tilt Shift set to high quality causes a big performance drop
Reproduction steps:
1) Open attached project "MYMMO"
2) Open scene "Main"
3) Enter play mode
4) Try changing Tilt Shift quality from High to Normal
--- You should see that High quality slashes FPS in half or more
High quality OSX Editor 5.4.0b10: ~45 FPS
Normal quality OSX Editor 5.4.0b10: ~300 FPS
