[Mobile] Several image effects fail on GLES devices while having valid shaders
To reproduce:
1. Open project Image_effects
2. Build and run on blackberry
3. Only few Image effects will work properly, others are just unsupported and one of them will crash player

- Out-of-bounds memory access with multiple CanvasRenderers under a Canvas when using Mesh API
- Inspector tries to access file after it was deleted when the file was locked in Inspector window
