Image doesn't position and scale properly using Physical Resolution
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project and the scene
2. Note the details:
- PhysicalResolution component was added to canvas(actually any that modify scaleFactor)
- Image under the canvas
- Sliced image (sprite)
- Image positioned at the top left
3. Observe that image position is not correct and the scale doesn't respect slices
