Image and Text alignment is off by a half pixel with Pixel Perfect Canvas enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "PixelCanvasTest.zip";
2. Open the "Test" scene;
3. Make sure that the option Pixel Perfect is enabled on Canvas element;
4. Try to get the top-left pixel of the text game object to fully overlap the bottom-right pixel of the image.
Expected results: the objects will be aligned perfectly;
Actual results: the objects are aligned incorrectly.
Reproduced on: 5.4.4p3, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b11, 2017.1.0a3.
