[IL2CPP] UnityLinker.exe fails to run when building a project
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by QA
2. Build it for iOS platform
Expected result: Build succeeds.
Actual result: Build fails due to the exception in UnityLinker.
Reproduced with: 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0b4
Wasn't able to test on earlier versions because of compile errors
On 2017.1.3f1 build failed because of missing DLL exception.
